Education is evolving at a faster pace than any other period in recent history. There’s a growing awareness among educators and families that today’s curriculum needs to evolve to meet tomorrow’s reality. Beyond tools and technology, students need to develop new skills to solve tough problems, collaborate effectively, and express ideas in new ways. Sensing this at our *Hasti school the *class room decoration contest project was launched way back in the year 2013-1014
In recently concluded *Educationally decorated class room contest * teachers have displayed tremendous interest in making class rooms innovative .
The basic idea of the project was to stimulate and motivate students to make innovations ( addressing their problems and difficulties) by way of finding solution with creative thinking , collaboration and discussion.
The innovative projets are given to the students of the class room or to the groups on the students in the class room. They prepare the projects and the projects are displayed to make the class room more mearningful and effective learning media.
Innovation is the heartbeat of progress, and within the classroom, it takes the form of student-led projects that challenge norms and spark new ideas. Let us delves into the power of innovation and how students become drivers of their own learning journey through creative projects.
Student-led projects are a playground of curiosity, allowing students to explore topics that pique their interest. These projects fuel a thirst for knowledge, encouraging students to ask questions, seek answers, and embark on intellectual adventures that extend beyond the confines of traditional learning.
When students lead their own projects, they take ownership of their learning experience. This empowerment ignites a sense of responsibility and accountability, motivating them to invest time and effort into producing meaningful and impactful work.

1.Reflection
Innovative classrooms are often inquisitive and reflective. Teachers should consider what is or is not performing to expectations both as a class and independently.
2. Constant Learning
Every event in the classroom should be viewed as a teaching opportunity, and students will benefit from variety and a change .This discipline immersion helps build student engagement and interest, driving students to achieve higher levels of success.
3. Technology
One general approach for teachers to be inventive is to adapt along with technology. educational videos online is a modest step that teachers can take to become more inventive.
4. Self-Directed Learning
Self-directed learning allows students to concentrate on a subject that interests them. Many teachers have attempted this directive by providing students with a list of research project ideas from which to choose.

5. Place-Based Learning
Teachers can send their students on field trips to planetariums or museums to encourage learning outside the classroom.
