At our Hasti school we focus on the holistic growth of our children .To *enable children to imbibe and develop the EQ & I.Q. through variety of activities conducted regularly IN THE CLASS ROOM AND OUT SIDE THE CLASS ROOM AS WELL.
However we feel need to make children aware of the *factors contribute and characteristics needed to develop the successful personality. There are many such formulas to become successful in life, but if you start working on some small things, your success is certain. For instance
1. * Be a good listener and give full opportunity to the person in front of you to speak. * Do not stop or interrupt them. When they express their feelings and you just listen, you will find that both their confidence and your self-control are increasing.
2. * Be a good speaker too and have faith in putting your point forward. * If you are able to put your views among less people, then lay the foundation of becoming your speaker from there. You will find that speaking out will make you feel lighter, which will have a positive impact on other aspects of your life as well.
3. * Believe in completing the distance with one step. * While starting anything new, just assume that it is going to take me time to hone this work and talent and I will keep moving forward slowly and with negative thoughts. I will find ways not to dominate myself.
4.Learn to face failures before getting a success. In a web series Panchayat it has been found that “If you stumble, it hurts, only then a person can learn. Learn from your experience and keep moving forward.” |
5. *Contemplate (Introspection) and avoid worry. * Do not compromise on your present between the past and the future. If someday you feel tired, give rest to your body and mind and you will find that both your creativity and productivity are increasing.
6) * Honesty * :- This quality will always take you on the right path and will help in winning the trust of the people.
7) Learning Attitude:- It is very important to keep on learning and keep on moving forward and the one who stops learning stops his growth.
8) Flexibility:- Due to flexibility in behavior, we get along with people very soon, which gives us opportunities to learn.
9) Positivity:- It works like a magnet and people come to you.
10) * Collaborativeness *:- It accelerates the growth in life of all the people who join us on our side.
11) Fan (Appreciation) *(:- With this quality of ours, we start looking for good in people and we start liking many people.
12) Curiosity:- It brings new perspective in our life which makes our thinking progressive.
13) Decisiveness:- With this we are able to take all kinds of decisions in our life, no matter how difficult they are but they lead us towards development.
14) Hope:- It gives courage to fight the failures of our life and teaches us to never give up.
15) Empathy:- It will help in our personal and professional life because we are dealing with humans everywhere and cannot move forward without understanding them.
16) Commitment:- It is very important for us to value our words because it forms the image of our personality. You will find these qualities in every successful person in the world.
